Job Description:

BASIC FUNCTION:
This position also known as a Improvement Facilitators will assist the Routine Facilitators, department superintendents, and plant management in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all improvement aspects within their area of responsibility. The major role of this job is to focus on continuous improvement and integration of improvement principles, technical and engineering principles, identifying best practices, consistent application of the GBS, and act as a change agent to help achieve a higher level of results within the assigned location by utilizing and implementing improvement processes.
DIMENSIONS:
This position serves in a material manufacturing processes advisory capacity with no direct reports. Serves as a coach to all production and maintenance employees, and plant management. Primary responsibility and accountability rests with higher levels of supervision.
NATURE AND SCOPE
The major role of this job is to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, products, and production within the area of responsibility. These duties will include the development and implementation of new as well as adjusting existing standards, structures, systems, and equipment. This position is responsible to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all improvement aspects within their area of responsibility. Incumbent will be responsible for reaching improvement through the application of the available methods and tools provided through GBS and improvement principles in conjunction with the use of technical and engineering principles. Responsible for coordinating improvement activities directly with the appropriate Superintendent, Routine Facilitator, and staff within area of responsibility.
Qualifications for this position include a four year college degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Material Science combined with 3 to 5 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with exposure to standardization and production quality methods. Incumbent must have a strong working knowledge of steel manufacturing methods and techniques involving the use of heavy mill machinery and related equipment. Previous qualifying experience in scrap processing, melting, casting, rolling, maintenance, finishing, shipping/warehouse operations, and supervisory/facilitation a must. Successful candidate will demonstrate an advanced knowledge of the business system and the use of complex technical and engineering processes. Requires the ability to train people and serve as a coach to employees. The incumbent should possess solid presentation abilities combined with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
This position directly reports to the department superintendent. The incumbent will coordinate efforts with the different functional groups both within area of responsibility and other areas of the location. The incumbent would be detail oriented and must be comfortable dealing with associates at all levels within the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for the oversight, contribution to, and support of all the trainings and development activities for employees of the location.
The Improvement Facilitator II will assist location management with the Annual Action Plan and the administration of established policies, procedures, and processes. This job is responsible for CAPEX projects and compiling and analyzing project data. This position will have moderate scope and breadth of responsibility for material manufacturing processes as well as the multitude and complexity of the equipment utilized in the manufacturing process. There is a moderate level of budgetary and CAPEX related expenditures. The incumbent will coach employees on QIS improvement methodologies.
The primarily responsibility for this job is the oversight, contribution to, and support of GBS processes, 5S initiatives, failure analysis, results management, QIS, 6 Sigma and other process improvement methodologies. The incumbent will be responsible for the oversight, contribution to, and support of all the safety activities. The incumbent must possess good communication skills, have the ability to articulate ideas, give feedback, resolve conflicts, and point out areas where improvement is needed, as well as the ability to develop a positive relationship with employees in order to develop credibility. Must be results oriented and have the ability to motivate others.
The incumbent must perform the above mentioned duties and responsibilities in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations. Employees must also report any situation that may have a detrimental impact to human health or the environment to their immediate supervisor.

Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance General Foreman, the main focus of this position is to improve electrical equipment reliability, while optimizing maintenance costs.
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor works with a team of Maintenance Leaders, including Planners, Reliability Engineers, and Electricians in order to meet the targets outlined above.
Techniques include the adherence to reliability practices such as preventive/predictive inspections, spare parts management, and optimized planning, scheduling and execution routines.
Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize Electrical Maintenance Work Order backlog in CMMS (SAP)
Establish work procedures for corrective and preventive/predictive maintenance repairs
Identify critical equipment spares, materials, and component needs
Support the preparation of work packages for maintenance activities during production interruptions and outages
Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering for equipment repairs and improvements
Support in the preparation of electrical designs in accordance with established codes and standards

Your Purpose:
You will facilitate and manage the flow and identification of material through the rolling mill finishing department and complete a range of duties in a regular finishing crew to provide relief periods for the respective occupants of operator positions.
Your Work:
- Involves simple to moderately complex duties, somewhat repetitive, requiring considerable care inaccuracy, alertness, and safety.
- As a relief operator for all machines in the finishing department, requiring versatility to adequately carry out the normal machine operator duties Involving straightening, shearing, stacking, and building operations and to troubleshoot and repair banding and tying machines.
- Requires close attention and care in observing operations and in guiding or turning material to facilitate straightening, transfer stacking, or tying of products.
- Requires care in making tying or strapping machine adjustments and in providing quick response to alleviate material jams and equipment malfunctions.
- Will involve operating tying/ strapping, bundle discharge, straightener entry machines and to secure bundles for storage or transfer. Stock and feed machines with wire.
- Will activate machines for spacing and placement of binding material and to secure bundles for storage or transfer.
- Will observe material in process for obvious product blemishes, flaws, or short pieces.
- Will operate radio pendant overhead crane and forklift to assist in material movement or housekeeping activities.
- During periods of continuous operation, perform troubleshooting activities associated with equipment failure of banding and tying machines and perform necessary routine or minor maintenance repairs within the scope of technical knowledge; also conduct daily maintenance inspection checks on banding and tying machines and perform preventive maintenance activities; coordinate the reloading of strapping and wiring material.
- Perform other auxiliary duties to include staging parts and equipment such as straightener rolls, guides, etc., for changeovers and assisting finishing crew in completing changeover activities.
- Assist maintenance personnel and operators in other preventive and breakdown maintenance, removing and cutting cobbles.
- Prepare and attach identification tags, tie off heat and lot run ends, and occasionally count bundle pieces.

Job Summary:
Performs maintenance necessary to keep plant, equipment, machinery, and tools in good operating condition. Work involves a wide range of methods and procedures on a variety of routine and non-routine duties to adequately and properly diagnose, dismantle, repair, lubricate, and reassemble equipment. Troubleshoots basic mechanical assemblies to determine whether a pump, gearbox, hydraulic system or pneumatic system can be repaired or needs to be replaced, whether to replace or repair worn parts, and amount of lubrication needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works from drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams, machine operation and maintenance manuals, work order requests, and oral instructions to install, adjust, repair, and perform assigned maintenance duties.
- Position, fit and weld components to assemble structural forms, machinery frames, plant equipment, attachments or accessories, and building parts according to blueprints or knowledge of structural and metal characteristics. Utilizes various specialty cutting and welding equipment.
- Troubleshoots and services pumps, gear boxes, motors, cranes, and hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed at an intermediate level.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate plant construction activities as required for installation of new plant equipment or modification to existing equipment. The construction coordination may involve maintenance personnel, production personnel, and/or outside contractors. The Project Engineer will coordinate meetings as needed with the personnel who requested or will be affected by the new or modified equipment. Before the installation or modification of the equipment the Project Engineer may request quotations, develop installation schedules, and assist with fabrication details. The major challenge of this position is to ensure that equipment purchases and designs are durable, economical, and easy to fabricate and install. Installation or modification of equipment is to be accomplished with the minimum amount of outage duration and be on or below the approved budget.
The Project Engineer job functions may involve high and low-voltage distribution systems and equipment, AC & DC drive systems, instrumentation and control, programmable logic and computer control, and electrical machinery. Within these areas, work may include design specification, purchasing, supervision of construction and installation, commission, and troubleshooting of new or modified equipment.
Assist the Environmental Engineer, Sr. Project Engineer, and or Engineering Manager with miscellaneous environmental and engineering activities.
Some work items may require the services of outside engineering consultants. In this case, this position will be involved in establishing design objectives, prepare engineering bid specifications, and competitively bid the work. After receiving approval to perform the work the engineer will coordinate and monitor activities of the consultant to ensure equipment compatibility with the departments which will operate and maintain the new equipment.
Maintain equipment files and resource materials such as drawings, instruction manuals, test data, design criteria, and specifications. These materials are to be organized to facilitate their use for three key purposes: as a maintenance aid, as a basis for equipment performance evaluation, and as a reference for new design and installation. These resources are to be made available to maintenance personnel to maximize their value in troubleshooting, operations, and preventive maintenance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-6 years’ experience working in an industrial/manufacturing/construction environment

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Melt Shop Routine Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the standardization of processes within their assigned area of responsibility. Ensures that standardized processes are properly documented and that the required training is provided to personnel responsible for operating to the standards. Assists in failure analysis when significant problems occur and compare performance to existing standards. Makes appropriate updates to standards when needed. NATURE AND SCOPE:
The primary function of this position is to ensure that routine management efforts are carried out within his/her department and to assist with improvement efforts. This activity will include conducting needs assessments, operational audits, coaching of operators and supervisory personnel on the production/quality improvement programs, 5S improvements, achieving cost control and environmental control goals, development of preventive maintenance processes, development of correct procedures for safety management, and assisting with all training efforts.
The Melt Shop Routine Supervisor will report directly to the appropriate Department Superintendent but will also collaborate with the Area Leaders and Management Systems group to ensure that the practices of the Gerdau Business System (GBS) are sustained and continuously improved upon. This will include responsibilities related to the annual action plan as dictated by the Department Superintendent. Additionally, incumbents may be assigned to perform in specific areas of responsibility associated with safety, cost, training, quality, etc., or may be assigned to a specific crew to perform these facilitator responsibilities.
Qualifications for this position include a two or four-year college degree in engineering, or business administration. The incumbent should possess and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the business system and of steel manufacturing methods and techniques involving the use of heavy mill machinery and related equipment. Previous qualifying experience on related work or lesser jobs of 3 – 5 years with practical training pertaining to scrap processing, melting, casting, rolling, maintenance, finishing, and/or shipping/warehousing operations, and to include some supervisory and facilitation experience.
The Routine Supervisor will be responsible for documenting the standard processes to be used through the use of process control standards, management standards, routine procedures, job aids, one-point lessons, and process guarantee tables through collaboration with hourly and supervisory personnel. In addition, the incumbent audits the workforce performance to the standards in accordance with a predetermined schedule and documents the results of these audits and provides the needed corrective actions to ensure performance to standards. Your Qualifications

NATURE AND SCOPE:

The Product Metallurgist II has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Manager Technical Services.
Qualifications for this position include possessing a working knowledge of steelmaking production, a four-year from an accredited institution in an Engineering discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a steelmaking environment, preferably with quality control or metallurgy. The incumbent should have a strong knowledge of metallurgy and an understanding of steel manufacturing and techniques used in the melting, refining, and casting of molten steel and/or modern rolling practices. The incumbent must be able to independently apply metallurgical fundamentals to the continuous improvement efforts of production and maximize the efficiency of the overall operation.
This position is responsible for developing, refining, and communicating the engineering and operating data needed to produce billets and finished products to meet customer
product specifications. Although there are no employees reporting directly to this position, the incumbent does have advisory and training responsibilities for other exempt and hourly production and maintenance employees. The incumbent will be considered a subject matter expert in the knowledge management system and will be expected to contribute to this system. Description:
This position, reporting to the Engineering Manager, is responsible for local ARP practice implementation and improvement. The Reliability Engineer is primarily responsible for increasing asset availability through the utilization of ARP reliability tools, methods, and practices. Activities require engineering and/or maintenance-based experience in mechanical and/or electrical equipment, preferably those used in steel manufacturing processes and facilities. This position will participate in special projects and engineering activities to improve equipment reliability optimize maintenance costs and reduce equipment downtime. The Reliability Engineer will participate in annual outage planning processes to minimize downtime and ensure all maintenance performance will achieve equipment reliability. Due to the nature of manufacturing operations the incumbent may be required to be on-call and must be available for specific operations or projects. Basic Function:

DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for high volume transaction processing and responding to vendor and internal inquiries with a customer service focus. - Ensure proper tax codes are applied to vendor invoices per policy.
- Properly identify, log and forward exceptions for error resolution utilizing the systems in place
- Communicate with vendors and internal personnel in a timely and professional manner to resolve issues.

The Yard Operator has a variety of duties and a broad skill set that makes this position an important part of operational needs. The Yard Operator requires knowledge of scrap grading, or have the ability to learn. The Yard Operator will assist in several aspects of daily operational needs such as scrap inspection, ferrous and non-ferrous purchasing, mobile equipment operation, and performing general maintenance duties.
The Yard Operator will be expected to safely operate a material handling crane or loader in order to accomplish daily tasks. They must communicate regularly with the scale, supervisor, other coworkers, and customers about the quality of material and shipping requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow all established Gerdau Safety, Environmental, and Routine procedures specific to the yard.

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Capex Engineer will provide technical coordination and support in the operating and capital expense management processes by initiating and running projects using the capital expense (CAPEX) project process, equipment monitoring, stabilization, and improvements through:
- CAPEX Project development and coordination.

NATURE AND SCOPE:
This position is primarily responsible for developing, refining, and communicating the strategies and engineering information needed to optimize productivity and capital projects while ensuring the efficient and cost effective production of the final product. The Capex Engineer shall prepare and/or review all data sheets, diagrams, and flow charts needed for the correct and efficient development of project, capital, and expense plans in order to develop and run capital projects. Qualifications for this position include a four-year college degree in Engineering combined with up to 8 to 10 years of industrial experience. Your Work

Job Summary:
The laborer is an entry level position, reflecting employees with no previous knowledge or experience related to scrap metals and recycling. The laborer must have the ability to learn and a strong work ethic. The laborer will assist in several aspects of daily operations such as scrap inspection, sortation, and general yard maintenance as directed.
Under the safety standards of Gerdau the laborer will learn to operate mobile equipment and perform general maintenance duties on machinery. The laborer must have strong communication skills and use them at all times to ensure safety among co-workers, truck drivers, peddlers, and contractors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow all of the established Gerdau safety, environmental, and routine procedures specific to the yard
- Operate the fork-lift while progressing towards loader operation and material handler operation to assist in the loading, off-loading, and sorting of scrap materials
- Inspect incoming scrap against quality and environmental standards with a progression towards grading and purchasing scrap material

NATURE AND SCOPE:
This position is responsible for overall tax planning, research, and compliance. The International Tax Manager reports directly to the Tax Manager who reports to the VP of Finance.
The incumbent provides management with guidance relative to tax issues and planning considerations, including recommendations and review of potential tax saving alternatives.
Tax planning is a creative approach primarily focused on reduction of tax expense and maximizing cash flow. This requires a thorough knowledge of international tax laws, rulings, regulations, and court cases. The ability to think creatively and an intimate knowledge of the Company’s business are essential.
The position operates in an environment redefined by corporate governance and tax transparency. This environment imposes greater scrutiny on the tax department and highlights the importance of operating with effective policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with diverse disclosure requirements. The incumbent assists in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures within the tax function to ensure effective risk management and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
The incumbent is responsible for the preparation and recording of the consolidated income tax provision including financial statement reporting and disclosure of tax accruals in accordance with IFRS. The incumbent provides the tax supporting documentation for the tax accrual disclosures in a timely manner for inclusion in Gerdau S.A.’s consolidated financial statements.
The company operates manufacturing facilities in Canada and the United States in a multi-corporate environment. The company is also vertically integrated and engages in cross border financing transactions. Canadian and the U.S. tax authorities impose strict regulatory requirements on acceptable documentation necessary to substantiate an equitable price for these transactions. Creating and maintaining this documentation is a key responsibility of this position.
Tax compliance is an essential function of this position, and necessary, to avoid additional costs in terms of late penalties and interest. The preparation of federal income tax returns, estimated income tax reports and forms, and calculation of estimated and installment payments are critical job elements. These reports include information and withholding filings for cross border transactions. Upon designated approval of tax reports, the incumbent prepares payment vouchers and submits appropriate book entries for proper recording. When audits occur, works closely with tax officials to resolve compliance issues and minimize exposure. The incumbent manages outside consultants on various assigned projects.
The position requires travel for the purpose of keeping abreast of tax issues and training, resolving tax disputes, and keeping familiar with Company operations.
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION:
As a Tax Manager with 6-10 years of experience, specializing in cross-border tax planning and compliance. Prior experience with Brazilian, Canadian and US tax is highly desired. You will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to tax regulations, optimizing tax strategies, working on ad-hoc projects, and providing strategic guidance to the organization. Previous experience with a Big4 accounting firm is a plus, showcasing a strong foundation in tax knowledge and compliance.
The incumbent should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and broad knowledge and abilities as may be demonstrated with a four-year accounting degree. CPA and/or advanced degree is preferred.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for overall tax planning, including research complex issues and coordinate planning with other tax considerations at the international, state and local levels. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the organization's ongoing compliance.

NATURE AND SCOPE

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Manager, Technical Service is responsible for technical service, support and product development of steel products for Gerdau Longsteel North America (GLN) for a specific product line (i.e. Special Bar Quality (SBQ), Wire Rod products, etc.). NATURE AND SCOPE:
The Manager, Technical Services is primarily responsible for providing technical support to operations, sales and customers in order to assure Gerdau’s products meet customer expectations. The incumbent will provide feedback on performance to operations and sales that will allow the Mill locations to create appropriate actions to continuously improve quality. When required, will also assist operations and engineering with capitol projects to assure new equipment meets the needs of Gerdau’s customer base. The incumbent will review all customer complaints for the assigned product line to assure proper investigation and response to customers. In conjunction with marketing and sales, will provide feedback to operations and sales regarding capabilities and intelligence on competitors.
The Manager, Technical Services reports to the Director of Sales; however, the incumbent will have close interaction with Mill VP and General Managers, along with the Director and Manager of Sales and Product Line Manager for the assigned product line.
The incumbent should have an in-depth knowledge of the product line industry, including product requirements, customer expectations and competitors’ capability. Additionally, the incumbent should also be familiar with the production process and the technical requirements to produce, test and inspect product. Will be responsible for staying abreast of current technology to recommend changes to effect continual quality and process improvement. Will work with operations and engineering on new capital projects to assure equipment selection and process capabilities meet customer expectations. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting Gerdau’s business interests by fostering and maintaining partnerships with academic research for assigned product line and process.
The Manager, Technical Services is responsible for the technical support and development of product capabilities, as well as research and support for implementing new products for the business. The incumbent will, in conjunction with sales, develop a list of strategic accounts to be visited proactively on a regular basis for quality update meetings in order to provide advance knowledge of quality issues and product changes to both sales and operations. Additionally, the incumbent will develop and maintain a system for measuring customer satisfaction.
The Manager, Technical Services will be included in the customer claim process between sales, operations and the customer. All claim responses will be approved and sent to sales from the incumbent in a timely manner. There will be follow up on Failure Analysis, root cause analysis and action items to assure defects are prevented in the future. Interaction with operations regarding annual action planning for quality improvement is required. Additionally the Manager, Technical Services will approve product specifications, control charts and Process Guarantee Tables. Will participate in plant quality meetings for routine process and procedures as well as improvement initiatives for specified product line.
Where applicable, the incumbent is responsible for determining personnel needs, selecting applicants, and training new employees and follow-up of work performed. This position has full accountability of all aspects of People Management with subordinates. This position will also coach and mentor personnel on product quality, operational effectiveness and career development. The incumbent will participate on special projects or conduct other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Science Engineering from an accredited institution and 10 years of steel related experience. Knowledge of specific product line and industry is required along with excellent communication skills. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the plant in a functional, productive and safe operating condition. The incumbent must also keep several reports including maintenance downtime log, work request log, and records any changes that are made to the master plans.
The incumbent has several employee relations functions to perform such as merit reviews and recommends the hiring, disciplining and terminating of employees. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining records of attendance. The incumbent is responsible for training and orientation and must be able to communicate technical expertise in order to delegate responsibility to subordinates. The technical experience includes but is not limited to industrial hydraulics, understanding of mechanical, piping, and structural drawings, mechanical systems, water systems, rotating equipment, industrial automation, PLC’s and HMI’s.
The major challenges facing the incumbent include assuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery. The incumbent must be able to adapt to changes and make technical decisions in order to prevent or reduce downtime. Problems requiring capital outlays or extended downtime have to be approved by superior.
Provide full support for the implementation and management of safety systems. Participate in all accident and incident investigations in area of responsibility. Conduct routine safety activities including inspection tours, employee contacts, lock out audits, and contractor safety. Ensure that safety rules and requirements are being followed in all work areas. Maintain compliance with visual management standards.

- Ensure that all incoming scrap is scanned for radiation and that all material that fails the scan is quarantined and the appropriate personnel are notified.
- Operate the loader and/or the material handler to assist in loading and unloading scrap material, while following the quality standards of Gerdau and the customer.
- Ensure that all incoming scrap inspected against quality, and environmental standards and appropriate deductions and downgrades are applied. Communicate findings with the scale in a timely manner.
- Inspect and verify scrap for grade and quality. Identify deductions and downgrades.
- Ensure that all outbound materials meets safety and quality standards.
- Perform and document daily Routine Equipment Care (REC).
- Detect and report faulty material, environmental hazards, safety, and/or improper operation of plant equipment or machinery; refer questionable and unusual matters to proper supervision. Maintain work area and equipment in a clear and orderly fashion.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Promote and practice the core values of Gerdau.
- Participation in daily safety routine.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly inventory counts (where applicable)
- Assist maintenance personnel in the performance of equipment repairs as required or directed.
- Operate the Baler Operation.
- Assist in nonferrous processing; including segregation of materials to upgrade products. For example: Copper, Brass, Aluminum, etc.
- Assist co-workers in daily operational duties that are essential to the yard in terms of safety, efficiency, and profitability.
- Stage and remove material for torching with a material handler (where applicable).
- Problem solving input and contributions as required.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position directly reports to the department superintendent. The incumbent will coordinate efforts with the different functional groups both within area of responsibility and other areas of the location. The incumbent will be assigned to an area of responsibility or a specific cell. The incumbent should be detail oriented and must be comfortable dealing with associates at all levels within the organization.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Duties will include controlling the work flow within the area of responsibility, assist in minimizing downtime/breakdowns and maximizing productivity, monitor performance, managing routine processes, and training employees in routine management standards.
2. Facilitate training sessions for operators under a maintained training matrix on the compliance standards, routine methodologies, tools, policies, practices, and processes.
3. Coach and develop the team at failure analysis and support the QIS methodology.
4. Develop performance expectations, audit performance, document findings, and establish corrective action plans.
5. Collaborate with and encourage operators on subjects pertaining to the GBS processes, audits, 5S initiatives, needs assessments, preventive maintenance and safety management processes and procedures, QIS, Kaizen Events, and other
process routine management activities to identify opportunities for improvement and solve problems.
6. Conduct trend analysis, compile, and analyze symptoms and failures.
7. Administer all safety activities. Coordinates all emergency preparedness practices, policies, and procedures.
8. Track performances on control items. Ensure compliance. Design and implement new as well as update existing standards.
9. Audit performance, document findings, and develop corrective action plans.
10. Oversee, contribute to, and support daily routine management activities including the GBS Processes/Tools in the day-by-day work.
11. Establish and negotiate cell goals and manage Action Plans for area/cell of responsibility cell goal achievement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four year college degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Material Science.
- Three (3) - Five (5) years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with exposure to sandardization and production quality methods.
- Must have strong working knowledge of the steel manufacturing methods and techniques involving the use of heavy mill machinery and related equipment.
- Previous exerience in scrap processing, melting, casting, and supervisory/facilitation a must.
- Ability to train and guide people.
- Must have solid interpersonal skills, organizational skills and people management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering

- Record of high academic achievement (Minimum GPA 2.5, preferred GPA 3.0 or above)
- Preference for a degree related internship experience
- A maximum of 3 years full-time work experience
