YOUR CONTRIBUTION:
 

  • The primary focus of this role is to use your Digital IT expertise to enhance the performance of the business and to enable its digital transformation strategy
  • Serve as the IT leader within the assigned business processes for strategy development, solution discovery, project implementation, and IT support operations 
  • Oversee demand management execution and be accountable for approved Digital IT initiatives used to aid in overseeing processes, timelines, tasks, and user resources, and
  • Deliver reliable, high-performance solutions, as well as identify cost and productivity improvements and increase the value of the Digital IT investment portfolio, driving a long-term view on technology investments
  • Act as a technologist and a catalyst of digital transformation to increase business agility and enable the strategy of the company, as well as the key liaison for all Digital IT functions globally
  • Lead and manage the area team and vendors to develop and improve technology-enabled business capabilities while delivering reliable, high-performance IT systems 
  • Identify cost and productivity improvements while increasing the value of the IT investment portfolio and driving a long-term view on technology investments  
  • Nurture relationships with the user community and leadership to maintain constant communication for Digital IT to understand business conditions, operational challenges, and potential opportunities where Digital IT may be leveraged to enhance business performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to gain their active support for the transformation agenda
  • Develop and implement Digital IT roadmaps, such as projects and enhancements while developing solution concepts and business cases for new investments ensuring success within the organization
  • Perform business analysis, prepare recommendations, and business plans as needed  
  • Oversee the launch of solutions and maximize the positive impact on the organization
    while managing the budget, project portfolio, and KPIs
  • Adhere to reference architectures and standards, as well as ensure a smooth transition to sustain functions
  • Lead and manage the team while providing active support for their personal development, as well as managing the budget, product portfolio, and KPIs
  • Build a strong relationship with IT strategic partners in managed service model and promote collaboration

YOUR CREDENTIALS:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience  
  • 5 years of programming, systems analysis or implementation experience
  • 5 years of experience managing or leading teams in the HCM space
  • Experience with full-cycle SAP HCM implementations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with the SAP and HR Modules (OM, PA, PY, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Success Factors
  • Knowledge of Time and Attendance solutions (Kronos / UKG Workforce Central) 
  • Experience in Managed Services Model is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT processes, IT functions (development, infrastructure, security, governance), and technology (cloud, big data, architecture, APIs)
  • Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processes   

 

YOUR SPECIFIC CREDENTIALS:
 

Finance and Procurement Value Stream Leader: 

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with the SAP Modules FI and CO (Finance, Accounting, and Tax) 
  • Desirable knowledge of Procurement processes, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba  

People Value Stream Leader:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with the SAP and HR Modules (OM, PA, PY, etc.)

Customer Success and S&OP Leader:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), Logistics, and SAP WMS (Warehouse Management)
  • Strong Knowledge of Advanced Planner and Scheduling (APS) solutions, preferably SAP APO or SAP IBP
  • Desirable knowledge of full Order to Cash process
  • Desirable knowledge of Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP), Forecast Plan processes

Industrial:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) – Discrete Manufacturing and Repetitive Manufacturing, SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • Strong knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and Industrial Environments
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) impacting production processes and SAP Product Costing (CO-PC))
  • Desirable knowledge of production planning and execution

Metals Recycling and Downstream:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) – Discrete Manufacturing and Repetitive Manufacturing, SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • Strong knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and Industrial Environments
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) impacting production processes and SAP Product Costing (CO-PC))
  • Desirable knowledge of production planning and execution
