Qualifications Required
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Project Management Professional certification preferred, not required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in leading electrical projects involving plant power systems. This includes all devices from medium voltage switchgear down to low voltage panelboards as well as drives, PLC’s, communication networks, and other electrical infrastructure.
- AutoCAD experience required
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, including:
- Project Planning & Development: Conduct feasibility studies, develop technical specifications, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Project Execution: Oversee the work of contractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, performance metrics, and budgetary constraints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to minimize disruption to production and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Change Management: Effectively manage project scope changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Documentation & Closure: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure timely project closure.
