Your Purpose

As an HR Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner to employees and leaders, helping build a workplace defined by clear communication, strong relationships, and a supportive culture. Your work ensures that every employee feels valued, informed, and connected.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in supporting HR including:

  • Lead and coordinate employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and connection

  • Support recruitment strategies and manage interview processes

  • Organize and deliver new hire onboarding and training

  • Assist with weekly payroll processing and invoicing

  • Maintain accurate employee data and process changes in our HRIS

  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, pensions, and personnel changes

  • Support administration of benefit and pension programs

  • Help coordinate charitable initiatives and community involvement

  • Maintain and promote wellness programs

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, values safety, and leads with integrity and respect.

  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required)

  • Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or UKG (Kronos) is a plus

  • Approachable, adaptable, and skilled with computers and presentations

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
