Your Purpose
As an HR Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner to employees and leaders, helping build a workplace defined by clear communication, strong relationships, and a supportive culture. Your work ensures that every employee feels valued, informed, and connected.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting HR including:
Lead and coordinate employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and connection
Support recruitment strategies and manage interview processes
Organize and deliver new hire onboarding and training
Assist with weekly payroll processing and invoicing
Maintain accurate employee data and process changes in our HRIS
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, pensions, and personnel changes
Support administration of benefit and pension programs
Help coordinate charitable initiatives and community involvement
Maintain and promote wellness programs
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, values safety, and leads with integrity and respect.
BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required)
Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or UKG (Kronos) is a plus
Approachable, adaptable, and skilled with computers and presentations
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
