What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop electrical maintenance techs
• Oversee electrical systems, cranes, utilities, and plant infrastructure
• Drive preventive/predictive maintenance
• Improve reliability with operations
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
• Use CMMS and CAD for planning and troubleshooting

What You Need

• Engineering degree OR 5+ years electrical experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Strong AC/DC, motors, transformers, troubleshooting
• Industrial systems experience (HVAC, baghouse, switchyard, etc.)
